Can I buy Tracker and Ranking separately?
Yes. Tracker plans are tracking only. Ranking plans already include prompt tracking, so most customers pick a Ranking plan and get both.
What happens if I exceed my prompt count?
Nothing breaks. We keep tracking your existing prompts; new ones queue until you upgrade. We never auto-bill overage — we ping you and let you decide.
Are the Reddit and Quora mentions actually real?
Yes. Every placement is human-written by a niche expert, posted from an aged account with relevant topic history, and held to a "would you reply to this thread anyway?" standard. We don't buy upvotes, run bot accounts, or place spam. Our standards doc is public.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual billing saves 15% on Tracker plans and 10% on Ranking plans. Toggle annual at checkout, or talk to us for multi-year discounts on Scale and Custom.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Month-to-month plans cancel at end of period; no charge after that. Annual plans can pause at any month with credit toward the next period.
